William and Eggs

My son is always coming up with something cute and adorable and I suppose that is to be expected from a three year old, right?  After all the world is their creative oyster, just waiting to be discovered, cracked open and flung aside as they move on to the next adventure. :-)   I promised myself I would keep track of those sweet nothings and I just happen to have a really great one to share today.  You see with this one William not only flexes his adorableness, he also showed me just how smart he really is.

So William is allergic to eggs and he is aware of this.  He will occasionally get the odd couple of hives appearing on his body for no apparent reason and we just try to keep him happy and ease the itch, if there is one.  Earlier this week we found out that William’s little friend has Chicken PoxWilliam does not know what Chicken Pox are.  My sitter was changing William the other day and she noticed that he had a couple of hives so she inspected them a bit closer.  William, in all his three year old wisdom, said,

“Barb, what you doin?” To which Barb replied,

“I’m just looking at these red spots William.”  My sweet boy then said,

“That’s hives Barb and Mama will look after them.”  Wait, it gets cuter…  Barb then said.

“I know William, but I want to make sure they are not Chicken Pox.”  Can you guess what smart and adorable William said next?  Well, he said,

“I don’t have Chicken Pox Barb, I allergic to eggs.”  Now, didn’t I tell you he was smart. :-)   Love that boy. :-)

    • LOL, it is so true Joelle :-) That is partly why I started my blog, so I could record all the cute things and share them with friends and family. Life is flying by so quickly that this seems the best way to do that.
