Bingemans’ Gift of Lights Returns to Kitchener-Waterloo for a Second Holiday Season

If you and your family are looking for something fun, different and special to do this holiday season, I have the perfect idea! Take in Bingemans’ holiday drive-thru light display!  Returning for a second year, this luminous spectacle is sure to bring the Christmas spirit to Southern Ontario. Gift of Lights was a new tradition in 2016 and is a holiday experience for everyone of all ages to enjoy. Put it on your to-do list this year!! 

With more lights and displays going up for its second annual year, drive through the family-friendly and winter wonderland that is Gift of Lights. Stretching over a course of more than two kilometers through Bingemans’, this year’s brilliant spectacle will feature more than 30 static and animated displays – from reindeer, sleighs, elves and of course, Santa Claus! Also returning is the iconic light tunnel that will be an even more awe-inspiring animated experience.

“All together, this extraordinary drive-thru will have more than one million sparkling lights for visitors to marvel at,” says Mark Bingeman, President of Bingemans. “In further developing this year, we are certain to impress all our guests.”

Bingemans’ Gift of Lights, sponsored this year by Jay Fencing and Libro Credit Union, will open for its first evening on November 17th from 5-10 p.m. and run every day until January 6th, 2018.

Visitors can save on admission tickets by purchasing them in advance online. Online tickets are $18 for cars, $32 for limos and $90 for buses and limo buses. Speed passes are also available online for $15. Make it a family’s night out at Bingemans by purchasing a FunworX or Boston Pizza Kingpin Bowlounge package, that includes admission to Gift of Lights.

    How lovely. My daughter sent me photos yesterday of the Coke Cola Christmas train in Calgary, that too was beautiful. I love a great display of light – Disney World also does at wonderful show of lights at this time of year.
