‘Family Day’ Fun For The Whole Family – At Glama Gal Tween Spa!!

January 25, 2015 By: MapleMouseMama29 Comments

family day fun

In Ontario we are one of only a few provinces that are lucky enough to celebrate Family Day.  This special holiday falls on the third Monday in February and celebrates the importance of family life.  Who wouldn’t love the chance to step away from routine on a Monday, in the middle of winter and just have fun with your family?! Sign me up please! This year we have the perfect outing that will make each of my kiddos happy and allow my husband and I to spend some special time with them – Family Day at Glama Gal Tween Spa!

Glama Gal Tween Spas, which can be found in many locations in Ontario (with their newest location being announced soon!) are offering a Family Day Weekend Family Spa Special valid from February 10th to the 15th.  The best part is it’s not just for the young lady in your life.  Glama Gal Tween Spa is opening it’s doors to the whole family! This great special is good for four members of your family including moms and dads, sisters and brothers.  Instead of your kiddos spending the day plugged into iPods, DSI’s, laptops and smart phones have them chill out with you indulging in fun Mini Manicures, getting Edible Chocolate Facials and making Mini Glam Lab Creations! Just imagine the memories you will be making, not too mention the photo ops and selfies. 🙂

family day fun

At first I was hesitant to suggest to my husband that he spend time at a spa with not just me, but both William and Emily to.  I mean how many guys find it relaxing to get a facial, right? But you know what really sealed the deal? The thought of spending this time together, creating memories in a new and unique way that we would all enjoy.  Between that and the photo of the four of us covered in chocolate is exactly what Family Day is all about. 🙂

Make sure you check out the different locations where you can book your own brood for the Family Day Weekend Family Spa Special at Glama Gal Tween Spa by visiting their website or visit them on Facebook! You can add on family members if need be so don’t let the number of youngsters you have stand in your way to make some glamorous memories Family Day 2015.

How do you plan to celebrate Family Day? Doesn’t a trip to the spa sound perfect?

Looks like fun. I am not a spa person, but my wife and kids have brought me with them. I just go take a nap there while they have their massages.
