When my daughter was younger she fell in love with all things Playmobil and I have to say that I quite enjoyed putting those little figures together myself. There were, and still are, so many fascinating sets you could purchase to create your own little reality. The bright colours, the sweet scenarios and the wonderful worlds that were just waiting for a curious child (or adult 🙂 ) to put them together were a great gift to give and to receive. Alas, as my child became a teen the Playmobil was put away. So you can imagine how pleasantly surprised I was to find that the array of Playmobil items has grown! It now includes this beautiful Interactive NHL Hockey Arena! Now I can play, I mean help my son as he learns to love Playmobil too.
I recently spent some time with William as he explored the contents of the NHL Hockey Arena box. He loves to create thing in various mediums, ranging from crayons and paper to brick blocks and the like, so this was perfect for him. The kit comes with many pieces to put together, but the instructions were pretty easy to follow; even for a young boy. I loved spending this time with William, seeing his curiosity on how the arena floor clicked together and his delight when the first player was all suited up for the game!
The Playmobil Interactive NHL Hockey Arena comes complete with a bunch of stickers so your child can choose their favourite team to root for. The set also has four players and this is where the interactive part comes in: your child can actually shoot and score a goal! I loved the detail on the player pieces, but was not surprised by it. Playmobil never disappoints when it comes to creativity.
If you have a young boy or girl to shop for on your Holiday List, who enjoys hockey, putting things together and being creative, I would highly recommend you check out the Playmobil Interactive NHL Hockey Arena. Priced at approximately $70.00 in most stores it is a great play set for the cost and Playmobil also has add on pieces you can purchase separately to grow your arena.

I love this, still I’ve always loved Playmobil something that my kids had a lot of many, many years ago. 🙂
I find things like Playmobil and Lego can be therapeutic even for adults to play with, LOL.
my grandson is a huge hockey fan, like his daddy, so I know that he would LOVE this!

Playmobil has always had great stuff. This arena was fun to build and will provide hours of fun later on!
It looks like it would be great for the kids who love hockey…cheaper than putting them into the sport and then finding out they don’t really want to play, just saying…

I have seen these around online but i have never played with one but i see it on my grandson’s Christmas list .
