Wordless Wednesday: December 30th, 2015

December 30, 2015 By: MapleMouseMama28 Comments

Well here it is, the last Wordless Wednesday for 2015! While I have not posted faithfully every week, I do try to do it as often as I can.  To wrap up this year’s photos I want to share my little man.  This year he was super happy with all of the great gifts he received, but I was pleasantly surprised at his favourites. William received two books that have his name in them and he adores them!  This little dude is learning to love to read and decided to start on the Diary of a Wimpy Kid books, although I thought they might be a little old for him just yet.  He is proving me wrong by reading aloud and really absorbing the story line. I can’t wait to see what he reads next!

I love this sort of book, it always catches a child’s interest if their own name is in there, it makes it more magical for them. Happy New Year and a wonderful 2016 to you and yours 🙂

A personalized book is a wonderful keepsake, too, and when he outgrows it you can stash it away for any future grandchildren.

My little guy loves to read, but he was absolutely smitten with the two personalized ones he received. They immediately became prized possessions. <3

    Everyone loves them books!
I think they are really good as names like mine you can’t find anything with them on and it’s so frustrating!
The only things I could get with my name on we’re handmade/custom things!
Hope you had a brilliant Christmas and hope you have an amazing 2016! (Sorry it’s late!) x

Thank you Byrony, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you too! I can totally see what you mean about your name. While Suzanne is not nearly as unusual it is hard to find on things. It is almost always Susan, never Suzanne.
