Rochelle Mullin says
I actually got 100% on this (but only because it was multiple choice!). It’s sad that so many people are affected by food allergies. I have a food intolerance myself to beef (although I’m fine with dairy). There are quite a few foods I can’t eat because I’m just not sure if there’s any beef or beef fat in the product. (LOTS of pain and nausea if I ingest). You sure get some odd looks when people find out why you can’t take a bite of that wonderful-looking steak! I can only imagine what these poor kids must go through at school. PB&J was always a favorite growing up, sad that this simple food could kill a child. It certainly makes one think twice about school lunches or snacks on planes.
MapleMouseMama says
Thanks for taking the test Rochelle, I appreciate it. Beef would be a hard one for sure! That is the scary part – when you don’t know if an allergen is hiding in what looks like a perfectly safe dish. We have to be so aware..
