In keeping with the theme of Wordless Wednesday being all about Disney (most of the time 🙂 ) I thought I would share a screen shot I took earlier this week. As any Disney freak knows the Fall season is when the Disney Parks Moms Panel starts the search for new members by opening up the application process. This has been happening since September 2007 and it is an exciting, nerve wracking, sometimes happy, sometimes sad time of the year.
Now, I have submitted my share of applications and this year was no different. Well, it was different in one way. I had a special reward to use. You see there are three rounds to the application process and I have never advanced past R1 (Round One). Well, last year there was not only an additional round added, but yours truly actually made it all the way to the finals!!!!! It was a dream come true, but unfortunately the dream ended there when I was not chosen for the 2015 panel. Fast forward to this year’s application process and the reward that all finalists received. That reward was an automatic pass to R2 for this year’s application!! Pretty cool, huh? I still had to answer all of intense questions that everyone else answers, but for the first time EVER I know I have already made it to R2.

I will continue to have faith, trust and always, always pixie dust, that this year ends with yours truly fulfilling a goal I have had since the Spring of 2007 when plans for the Disney Moms Panel were first made public, and that is to be a panelist. Wish me luck!
