Disney-Pixar’s Newest “Emotion” Picture: Inside Out

December 12, 2014 By: MapleMouseMama26 Comments

Disney-Pixar

By now we all know how wonderful the movies that Disney provides us with are. The magic come alive! When Pixar joined the scene it got even better. Think “Toy Story“, “Up” and a personal favorite “WALL•E.” Do I need to go on? Well, I may not need to, but Disney-Pixar does and once again they are working on a masterpiece.  Next summer will bring us the release of “Inside Out” and you are not going to believe where they are headed this time:

“Growing up can be a bumpy road, and it’s no exception for Riley, who is uprooted from her Midwest life when her father starts a new job in San Francisco. Like all of us, Riley is guided by her emotions – Joy (Amy Poehler), Fear (Bill Hader), Anger (Lewis Black), Disgust (Mindy Kaling) and Sadness (Phyllis Smith). The emotions live in Headquarters, the control center inside Riley’s mind, where they help advise her through everyday life. As Riley and her emotions struggle to adjust to a new life in San Francisco, turmoil ensues in Headquarters. Although Joy, Riley’s main and most important emotion, tries to keep things positive, the emotions conflict on how best to navigate a new city, house and school.“

Have a peek at the trailer. Isn’t it the best?! I plan to bring my pre-teen daughter with me. Can you guess why?

What did you think? Are you excited for Disney-Pixar’s “Inside Out”?

While I’m not into cartoons, when I saw the trailer of this, I said I was gonna watch it. Pixar has always come up with great films not just for kids but for adults too. Sure, they’re cartoons but there is always a deeper meaning and message that reach out to grown-ups. I’ll definitely watch this.

Not a fan of animation, sadly. Unless I receive a ticket to review it, I won’t really attend such movies.

Pixar really comes up with a lot of well-written films. This is one deals with our inner moods and emotions. Looks like it is for the adults more than kids. Will definitely watch and write about it after I do.

This is my first time to see the Inside Out Movie Trailer. It looks to be a big hit with a good story like their previous movies.
