Disney's snow white

Somewhere, buried in the basement of my home you will find all of the old VHS tapes I have of my favourite Disney movies. They do not get watched anymore, but they are treasured. As much as they were loved, the truth is the picture and sound quality would have me running for the hills now. Thank goodness Disney likes to do us all a favour and release the much loved classics on Blu-Ray and DVD. The latest one to hit the shelves and thus my  collection, is Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs! I love that this “princess” movie has something to offer everyone.  Even my son, who renounces all things princess, loves the Dwarfs and the evil Queen! This is truly a family movie we can all enjoy.

Forever enchanting and inspiring, Snow White And The Seven Dwarfs embodies The Walt Disney Signature Collection’s legacy of animation.  In this epic story of love and friendship, the kind and beautiful princess Snow White wins the hearts of the Seven Dwarfs and triumphs over the evil plans of a wicked Queen.  Share the movie called “The Greatest Animated Film Of All Time,” (American Film Institute) in High Definition Blu-ray and for the first time ever on Digital HD, with special features for the entire family!

There are tons of great bonus features like In Walt’s Words, a segment where Walt Disney himself talks about Snow White. There are also alternate sequences of never before seen scenes and so much more.  It is the movie that keeps on giving. 🙂

With the cold and snowy weather just ramping up you may need some entertainment options for the kids. Pick up a copy of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs so you have it ready for the next snow day, pun intended. 🙂

Who is your favourite Dwarf?  I have to go with Bashful. ♥

I don’t really have a favourite Dwarf but I do have a favourite Disney Tshirt. It’s the one that says “Sometimes I wake up Grumpy” and then “Sometimes I let him sleep in” with a picture of Grumpy dwarf on it. LOL I keep threatening to buy it for my Hubby.

This was my favourite Disney movie when I was young, and I liked Dopey because he was most childlike. I taught myself how to draw, by drawing the animals that befriended Snow White in the movie (… and I learned all the songs in the film too).
