My entry for this week’s edition of Favorite Food Friday, hosted by Sean from Disney Day by Day is a family staple, Disney style. That would be macaroni and cheese. Today’s selection comes from the Sunshine Seasons Food Court in the Land pavilion in Epcot, one of my most favorite quick service locations to eat at. Along with the mac and cheese is a lovely Chicken Caesar Salad. This meal was basically shared by my daughter and I. She loves the mac and cheese and I love the salad. I think I have had Chicken Caesar Salad in practically every Disney food court that carries it because I love it THAT MUCH. Nothing too fancy, just a tangy dressing, some croutons and crunchy lettuce and I am good to go. We are easy to please.

Sunshine Seasons is definitely one of the best counter service places out there! They have a great variety – that caesar salad sounds pretty good!
I love that Sunshine Seasons offers fresh food right from the Land and that they have the type of fare you might find right at home. It is a must do for me. I would like to try breakfast there someday though… Thanks for stopping by Becky!

I love the backstory on the mac n cheese at the World and how they taste tested it with kids from all over to select which variety of cheese they preferred

I also love Sunshine Seasons, although I miss the old baked potato stand they used to have. I love macaroni and cheese and although I don’t think I’ve had it at sunshine seasons, it’s been pretty good everywhere else I’ve had it at Disney.
So true James. Disney does the best mac and cheese. All this talk about it I think we will have to have it for dinner tonight!
