Having children has shown me what the expression “time flies” really means. One minute your holding your newborn in your arms and the next she is asking to borrow the keys to the car. Those precious moments happen so quickly and we often are too caught up in the moment to do anything about it. Earlier this winter I introduced you to the greatest new mobile app called “OneDay.” This wonderful creation has allowed me to make little movies with the kids using the story prompts from the app! Check out the Christmas memories we created just goofing around one evening. I have these memories, both in my head, on my iPhone AND stored on my computer, forever.
The folks at OneDay and I are super excited to share with you that the amazing OneDay mobile app is now available on Android!! Whoo hoo! I love that the OneDay mobile app is no longer limited to Apple users. The world just got a whole lot bigger. 🙂 Make sure you check out the app soon. Right now some of the seasonal story prompts include “Who Is Your Valentine?”, “If My Love Life Were A Movie” and “A Valentine For My Teacher” which is geared towards the kiddos. There are so many more prompts to choose from that you could make a new mini movie every day!
The OneDay app is so easy to use and the best part is it’s free! Just visit the OneDay website to read a bit more about it and download it for yourself. You will love using the OneDay app the moment you start your first mini movie; I promise! The OneDay app for Android is available as of February 2nd, but please be patient as it may take a bit of time to be accessible across multiple channels.
So tell me, who will be starring in your first mini movie: your children, maybe your spouse or perhaps even yourself? 😉 Have fun making memories with #OneDay4Android!

It’s fun to play around with and then show your kids. Making memories is what it is all about. 🙂

I keep telling my children (the ones who’re parents) to ‘write that down’ or take a ‘photo’. You forget an amazing number of things as the kids grow into adults. I think it’s good for them to see these memories too. This app sounds like it would be perfect for storing those memories for a rainy day. 🙂
