Monsters University: Hidden Gems!

Many fans of Disney Pixar films are familiar with the Hidden Gems that can be found throughout their movies.  In fact, die hard fans often watch movies over and over, trying to spot the often elusive items that link one movie to another in some fashion.  I personally think it is so neat when you unexpectedly come across one.  I liken it to tripping over a bump on the sidewalk, looking down and seeing a twoonie ( that’s a Canadian two dollar coin ).  You  didn’t go out looking for it; it wouldn’t have wrecked your walk if you didn’t find it, but it certainly made your day when you did. 🙂

Please enjoy these three great Hidden Gems from Disney Pixar’s latest Monsters University and see if you can spot them the next time you watch the movie.  Do you have any Hidden Gems you’d like to share from another Disney Pixar film?

I love these, I was not watching for them since I took my 3yr old grandson this week to see it and it was his first movie in a movie theater. I think it was a great choice for a first trip to the movies!
    Have a magical day!

I don’t usually spot these the first time I watch a movie either Sandra. I am too busy just enjoying it! But it always makes the next ten times I see it even better, LOL 🙂
I will certainly be checking out your post. How fun to take your grandson to his first theater experience ♥

See Jud, it’s because you are a natural and maybe just a bit of a Disney fanatic, maybe, right? Ya, just a little 😉

Did you know our one dollar coins are called, wait for it, Loonies 🙂 I kid you not…

I haven’t seen any of the Pixar movies but I’m sure my son, an adult, has seen them all. I wonder if he noticed these hidden gems 🙂

I do tend to watch my favorite movies over and over but I can honestly say I don’t look for things like these because I just enjoy the movie but I guess I need to start paying closer attention to the details.

I love this idea of hiding ‘gems’, all with a specific meaning. 🙂
