Multi-Function Pressure Cooker From Hamilton Beach

December 6, 2019 By: MapleMouseMama19 Comments

The holidays are a busy time so it makes sense to use the Multi-Function Pressure Cooker from Hamilton Beach to prepare your meals. Our schedules are full of the regular things, like work, school and evening activities, but now we have to factor in plays, shows, parties, shopping and even the extra traffic concerns due to the winter weather. You don’t have to sacrifice delicious, healthy meals for the sake of time. Just plug in your pressure cooker and time is on your side.

Features of the Multi-Function Pressure Cooker

  • MEALS IN AN INSTANT. Cook your food up to 70% faster and retain the food’s natural flavors when you make meals in a pressure cooker.
  • UNIQUE STEAM RELEASE BUTTON. This keeps your hands safely away from the valve when releasing pressure.
  • 11 PRESET COOKING PROGRAMS. Slow cook on low, medium or high, sauté foods right in the pot, pressure cook rice, beans and more or choose your own manual cook time and pressure level.
  • DESIGNED FOR EASY CLEANING. The 6 quart inner nonstick pot is dishwasher-safe.
  • ACCESSORIES INCLUDED. The electric pressure cooker comes with a lift-out roasting/steaming rack, extra lid gasket and a rice measuring cup with paddle.

Better Than A Slow Cooker

With so many great features, it is pretty obvious to me why the Multi-Function Pressure Cooker is better than a traditional slow cooker, but let me elaborate just in case. Like slow cookers, the pressure cooker gradually raises the internal temperature to prevent your food from overcooking, which is pretty important. On top of this however, the multi-function pressure cooker also includes the functions of a rice cooker, steamer and egg cooker. You can prepare so many great recipes using this appliance and this appliance alone! Imagine only having one dish to wash and it can go into your dishwasher! I think that alone makes the multi-function pressure cooker a great gift-giving idea as well. 🙂 Oh and did I mention it sautés too?

Hamilton Beach likes to give us a helping hand when it comes to using their great array of small appliances by providing a suggested recipe or two. With the Multi-Function Pressure Cooker they have provided a recipe for Pressure Cooker Vegetarian Lentil Soup – the perfect meal for the cold winter nights we now have.

What is your go-to, cold winter night recipe to make? Would the Hamilton Beach Multi-Function Pressure Cooker make it faster and easier to prepare?

I have been thinking about buying a pressure cooker. I love that it cooks meals so quickly and that it has 11 preset cooking programs.

Though now there are ovens that do everything too, Vortex, Omni etc and I’d love one of those too. One even has a rotisserie. 🙂

I remember the pressure cooker that we had when I was growing up and how nervous everyone was to use it. Now, the technology has made using one a lot easier which is great.

Pressure cookers always made me nervous but with the new technology may have to look into getting one.
