SQUEEEEEEEEEEEEEE (to coin a phrase )

I am so freakin excited right now I can hardly stand it!!!  I have just taken the biggest step thus far, the one that makes this little sojourn irreversible, well technically it is reversible, but that would be just silly and a huge waste of money so no reversing on my part.  At least not willingly. Anyway, the deed is almost completely done, just a few loose ends to tie up and then…..IT’S OFF TO DISNEY WORLD WE GO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Yup, you heard right folks.  Emily and I will be taking ourselves to our happy place for a few fun filled days in December and I can not wait!!!  Now I am going to try very hard to keep this a secret from Emily for as long as possible, maybe even until we are headed out the door for the airport.  I am usually not successful at keeping that type of secret,but I am gonna do my darndest this time.

So now comes the fun part of the before part of any vacation and that is the planning.  I love to plan, especially when it comes to going to Disney World.  Sounds a bit weird, but I really enjoy making the lists, checking them twice and on and on.  This trip is going to be extra special for me.  We will be in WDW at the same time as some wonderful people.  They are the newest people to make it onto the Disney Moms Panel.  They will be doing their training that weekend and Emily and I will hopefully get to meet many of the new and current panelists.  There is one very special person we will be meeting and spending time with and I am really looking forward to meeting her.  Her name is Kim and she is joining the panel this year.  We have become very good friends over the past six months or so.  This is really going to be an amazing adventure for so many reasons!!

Now, I am going to have to save some of my enthusiasm for another post, but I will be back.  Talking about Disney is one of the things I do best 🙂
