    Take A Hike. Though, I have to kinda be careful with all that. I’m finally healthy enough that I can start very light excercise! I have always had a passion of outside and walking/hiking… I could sit at an empty beach for hours. Thanks for the tips!! I have a compromised immune system currently I need all the tips I can get!

    I supplement with vitamin C throughout cold and flu season so I am using tip # 5 (even if it is not a delicious boost).

    I liked all five tips and I would love to do all. The one that I am going to focus on is take vitamins and take a hike.. I started taking the vitamins now just need to go for that hike!

    Clean up your act!!! Keep anti-bacterial wipes and hand sanitizer within reach on sick days to avoid leaving germs on the surfaces in your home.

    The tip I will use is ‘Put your sore throat on ice’. This will work great for my daughter as she loves chewing and sucking on ice cubes. I will remember this the next time she is all stuffed up.

    i like the tip “take a hike” most people think that when you are sick you should stay indoors but fresh air is so beneficial to you, So we always make sure to get out and enjoy ourselves
