Take A Hike. Though, I have to kinda be careful with all that. I’m finally healthy enough that I can start very light excercise! I have always had a passion of outside and walking/hiking… I could sit at an empty beach for hours. Thanks for the tips!! I have a compromised immune system currently I need all the tips I can get!

Clean up your act!!! Keep anti-bacterial wipes and hand sanitizer within reach on sick days to avoid leaving germs on the surfaces in your home.
I like the Put your sore throat on ice tip. I think it makes sense and would probably work great.

I would have to say clear your nose!! I need to remember to do that more often and to help my kids do it too!

I’m going to try the ice chips tip when I have a sore throat. Also the rinsing with salt water and drinking warm tea is a great tip!
