This Year Rediscover The Holiday Classics With Van Houtte #Giveaway #MMMGiftGuide

November 29, 2016 By: MapleMouseMama193 Comments

van houtte keurig, giveaway

The smell of a freshly brewed cup of coffee is the type of scent that can make people mad with desire or tremble with anticipation.

One of the things I love about the holiday season is the amazing aromas that fill the air pretty much everywhere you go. Sweet shortbread cookies baking, aromatic pine needles shining on trees and the woodsy, burnt smell of an open fire. Even when the snow falls, there is a fresh scent in the air with a tinge of chill, just begging for you to stick your tongue out and catch a flake. One of the first things I think of when these delightful perfumes waft by is enjoying a cup of my favourite hot beverage; coffee. Add in one of those cookies and I am in heaven. ♥ This holiday it is going to be even better with the wonderful collection of blends from Van Houtte; perfect for use in my Keurig or brewing fresh grounds!

Did you know that Van Houtte has been teasing your taste buds for almost 100 years? It’s not surprising when they have such delightful offerings like the Holiday Blend and Holiday Spice Latte. Why not try something new this year by adding one of these lovelies to a time honored recipe? Van Houtte and Keurig want you to try and dazzle your family and friends by adding the woody, spicy notes and rich aroma of their Holiday Blend to a meal your family already loves, like Quebec Mini Tourtieres. Or surprise them with a beautiful Stuffed Turkey Breast that houses a unique Holiday Spice Latte kick to it. 🙂 Just have fun with it, be creative and let Van Houtte help you rediscover your holiday favourites in a whole new way. Check out some of the yummy recipes Van Houtte has already prepared for you here.

A holiday classic recipe that I would love kick up a notch is my peppermint brownies – by adding Van Houtte coffee, I could turn them into delicious peppermint mocha brownies. I would also love to try Van Houtte’s revisited stuffed turkey breast recipe.
