Making healthy, nut-free snacks for school lunches can be a challenge and is one that many parents struggle with every day. I can totally understand as we face the food allergy challenge with our young son. You can buy many pre-made items from the grocery store, but a lot of them contain a ton of sugar and preservatives that just serve to drain your child of their energy. The following fifteen snack recipes are both healthy and nut-free and they will make packing that lunchbox a not so daunting task.
15 Healthy, Nut-Free Lunchbox Snacks
1. Vegan Oatmeal Raisin Cookies from Delightful Adventures
2. Turkey Cheese Apple Sandwiches from We’re Parents
3. Blender Banana Muffins from Cook Eat Paleo
4. Homemade Gluten-Free + Vegan Goldfish from Strength & Sunshine
5. Healthy Homemade Fruit Snacks from Joy Food Sunshine
6. Microwave Cinnamon Apple from Ginger Casa
7. Crunchy Baked Sweet Potato Chips from Living Sweet Moments
8. Apple Cinnamon Baked Donuts from Kidgredients
9. Cinnamon Yogurt Dippers from Finding Zest
10. Baked Zuchinni Chips from Wholesome Yum
11. Homemade Strawberry Fruit Roll Ups from Living Sweet Moments
12. Smokey Maple Roasted Chickpeas from Fab Food 4 All
13. Lunchbox Empanadas with Ham & Cheese from The Anthony Kitchen
14. Healthy Beef & Veggie Sausage Rolls from Kidgredients
15. Baked Macaroni & Cheese Cups from The Mommy Mix
With so many delicious options it is hard to know which one of these healthy, nut-free snacks to try first. I definitely want to make the Smokey Maple Roasted Chickpeas and Strawberry Fruit Roll-Ups. Which one will you try first? 🙂

Thanks for this! My granddaughter has a tree nut allergy, so it limits what kind os snacks she can have. Or so I thought! These snacks are wonderful. I’m going to make some once we can go and visit, again.
