Ahh potty training. Saying that out loud certainly brings back memories. I remember when my kiddos were babies I used to dream about the days when we would be diaper-free, but then potty training time came along. What a joy that was – not! Maybe it was my own worries that caused it to be a stressful time; all I know is that I could have used a helping hand in that department. Perhaps a little sympathy, more information and a lot of understanding.
Nowadays new moms and dads who are feeling the same frustrations I was about potty training have a lot more help. Did you know that June is Potty Training Awareness Month? Well it is and to help parents deal with the trials and tribulations of the toilet Pull-Ups® has introduced their Potty Partnership! This wonderful program is designed to get children excited about potty training, while providing support and guidance to all those weary moms and dads.
The Pull-Ups® Potty Partnership launched earlier this year with huge success and offers a whole new way to potty train. Created in partnership with renowned child psychologist and potty training expert, Dr. Heather Wittenberg, it’s tailored to work with every child’s unique personality, on their schedule and according to how they learn. By completing a free, online quiz, parents will receive customized tips and advice based on the Potty Personality their child most resembles: a Squirrel, Turtle, Puppy Dog, Owl or Bear Cub.
The Giveaway!
To help jump start your own child’s potty pilgrimage, Pull-Ups wants to give one lucky MapleMouseMama reader their very own Potty Partnership Toolkit! This wonderful prize contains the following:

My children are all grown but I remember how excited I was when they first talked. With my grandson it is his love of books at a young age. If you put a basket of books beside him he turns through the pages and chatters like he is reading the book to himself. One day when guests were over at my daughters he sat there for over an hour while they were there just going through the basket and looking through each and then moving onto the next.
